Appointments & Bookings
Booking Confirmation: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Once booked, you will receive confirmation of your appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session out of respect for the next patient. Full fees will apply for the session.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend without notice, a cancellation fee may be charged to the card details you have provided.

Stored Payment Authorisation: By providing your card details, you consent to their secure storage and authorise us to use them for charges related to late cancellations or no-shows. If you do not consent to store your card details, payments for future appointments must be made upfront.

Payment & Fees
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.

Upfront Payments: If you choose not to store your card details, we require upfront payments at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Refunds: Fees for services rendered are non-refundable. For prepaid sessions or packages, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Health & Medical Information
To provide the best care, we may need relevant health information from you. You agree to provide accurate information and to update us on any changes.
All information shared with us is kept strictly confidential, following data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

Treatment Results
Chiropractic treatment results vary for each individual. While we strive to help you achieve your health goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Your active participation in care recommendations (e.g., exercises, lifestyle changes) plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of treatment.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which complies with applicable UK data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability
AE Chiropractic is not liable for any loss or injury beyond the scope of care provided. Our practitioners adhere to professional standards as set out by the General Chiropractic Council, but any advice or treatment provided is not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician.
