I am a passionate fitness and movement enthusiast, and currently, my joy comes from playing over 30’s ladies football with MK United. You might also recognize me from my performance on series 2 of UK Ninja Warrior, where I proudly reached the semi-finals. From an early age, I have always embraced an active lifestyle, constantly seeking ways to keep moving and encouraging others to do the same.

My love for “movement” takes various forms, whether it’s engaging in sports, hitting the gym, taking leisurely walks with my dogs, or even through my work. Beyond my enthusiasm for physical activity, I am equally devoted to people and fostering a sense of community and unity.

This deep-rooted passion led me to pursue a career as a Chiropractor, Sports Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer. My goal is to break down any barriers that hinder our ability to move freely and feel fantastic.
