Alex is great. She initially helped me when I put my back out and managed to juggle her diary to immediately help, I was in real pain and unquestionably her chiropractic knowledge really helped.

I since discovered she was also a Physical Trainer with use or an excellent facility in Newport. She has really helped me lose weight, tone up, get fitter, healthier, stronger with a plan that aligns to both my physical goals but also my physical weaknesses (back pain). All whilst having a good laugh.

I first booked with Alex by chance needing a last minute appointment. Alex was so accommodating to sort at 1 days notice. Alex is so talented, she really puts you at ease with her vast knowledge and hands on experience, as well as just being a really welcoming person. That was a year ago and I’ve been back a dozen times for 3 or 4 different reasons. Both for advice and injury specific treatments. Or for a general sports massage and a catch up! I've had some real problems with my back in recent years. Everytime things get bad I see Alex and she moves everything back to where it should be. Honestly the best at her job and I'm so glad I met her. I'd still be in a lot more pain without her work

Alex is very knowledgeable, as soon as I described my symptoms over the phone she had an idea what I was stuffing from and filled me with confidence she knew what she was doing. She managed to see me at short notice and it soon come apparent I had been given a good recommendation! knowledgeable, confident, explains everything and talks you through the process of what she is doing, she genuinely what’s to help you to rectify your pain. Was suffering with lower back issues. Seen her twice and can honestly say I feel great.
